This is Manmad. This is a big rail yard.It houses Asia's largest grain storage house administered by Food Corporation Of India.
An oil and petroleum storage plant is located in the outskirts of the city. It is administered by BPCL, IOCL and HPCL. petroleum gas storage plant is also located in the outskirts of the city which administered by Bharat Gas, Indane and HP Gas.

A Central Engineering Workshop is located near Manmad Railway Junction which is renowned for production of various rail bridges all over the country.
Manmad is Central place for Road transport also. Major roads leads to Aurangabad, Malegaon, Nashik, Surat, Ahmednagar, Shirdi, Pune and Jalgaon.
