It is a old home built in XIX century that was changed in a fraternity house. The house is in the historical center of the city. It is about 14 rooms, a large kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilletes, a living room, a dancing room and a large barbecue area.
The house is very famous in razon of its parties: carnaval (february), fraternity birthday (march/april), winter festival (july) and october twelve (october).
