River Gumani has originated from Rajmahal hlls of Godda district, Jharkhand. Unlike other rivers that originated in this hilly region, Gumani started flowing towars north and north-esdt direction. Collecting water from uncountable small streams. Gumani river had released its water in Ganga river near Farakka.
