  • "Magic" Johnson represents a group that is now converting this into luxury condominiums. For most of its history, the tower was rented to dentists and I still think of it as a tower of pain. The former bank at the base has a wonderful early 20th century interior with a mosaic ceiling depicting the constellations. It may be turned into a restaurant.
