The University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD), (UPHD) or simply Perpetual, is a private, non-sectarian institution of higher learning located in Las Pinas City and was founded on 1975 by Dr. Antonio Tamayo, Dr. Daisy Tamayo, and Ernesto Crisostomo as Perpetual Help College of Rizal (PHCR).

The UPHSD Las Pinas is the main campus of University of Perpetual Help System DALTA with which under the entire university system of University of Perpetual Help System. This university system is composed of nine campuses across the Philippines.

Formerly known as University of Perpetual Help Rizal, the Las Pinas Main Campus of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) was envisioned by its founders to fulfill their nationalistic dreams of promoting a better quality of life for all Filipinos through the school's competitive educational programs.

The philosophy that national development is predicated upon the quality of education and Christian values has propelled the institution to academic excellence. It has more than 20 colleges and more than 70 various courses inculcating the Perpetualite values, teachings and principles.

The school is a member of National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines) since 1984.

The University system is under the management of the DALTA Group of Companies that runs several companies and businesses in Luzon.
