149-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2003. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is clad in pale red brick. The 2-story base has beige metal spandrels panels between the brick piers, with the lower halves having decoratively patterned grilles. There is a dark-grey granite water table by the sidewalk, and the base is topped by a broad stone band course. The main entrance is at the west end of the north facade, with a revolving door between traditional glass doors, below a curved, dark-red canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The narrow bay to the left has a secondary entrance, and the two wider bays on the east end have large triple-windows in beige metal framing, with shorter versions at the 2nd floor (there is a double-window above the secondary entrance, and a 4-pane window above the main entrance). Light sconces adorn the brick piers at the 2nd floor.

The upper floors on the north facade have, from west to east, a narrow double-window bay that cantilevers a bit over the neighboring building beginning at the 6th floor, and wraps around to the west facade. It is paired with another double-window. Continuing to the east is a double-window bay that switches to single-windows at the 6th floor, another double-window, a tall single-window paired with a shorter one, another tall single-window, and a triple-window end bay that wraps around to the east facade. The two eastern bays set back above the 10th floor, as do the three western bays, with the rest beginning staggered setbacks to the east at the next level.

The east facade on the avenue has a triple-window bay at the north end, followed by a double-window (with a commercial entrance at the ground floor), two more triple-windows, and three double-windows (with two of them having commercial entrances at the ground floor and the other having a plate-glass pane). There are exposed concrete floor plates between each story and metal air-conditioning vents below the windows. An additional triple-window bay at the south end cantilevers over the neighboring building beginning at the 6th floor, wrapping around to the south facade. The end bays set back above the 10th floor, where the middle bay changes from triple-windows to two single-windows. There are additional setbacks from both ends on the upper floors, with only the middle bay extending vertically from the ground to the roof line.

The south facade has no windows below the cantilever. On the upper floors it has a bay wrapping around from the east and west, with the middle having a double- and single-window. Above the 10th-floor setbacks at the ends, there are two single-windows in the middle and one at each end.

The building contains 80 condominium units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Kips Bay Endoscopy.
