  • Apparently, your employees go through packages addressed to people in Kampala, and take what they want. I sent Christmas gifts to a friend in December 2011. The package arrived on February 16, 2012, with all the packages opened and most of the valuable items stolen. My friend received a mostly empty package with the boxes and wrapping paper torn apart. It is a shame that, in addition to being horribly expensive to get package into Kampala, the postal employees steal what was intended for your customers. You made it impossible to get help to people in your community. It is a disgrace. I have been trying to help a friend for several years, but every time I send something to my friend, he is either robbed by Customs or the goods are stolen. Great job, Uganda Post Office! Soon enough, you won't have anyone trying to use the mail.
  • Hello, what is this. i sent my mom 2 letter with express mail that arrived kampala on April 30th and upto now it has not yet arrive at the post office in Kapchorwa. i paid over sh: Uganda shillings. the mail was urgent. i was told it would arrived in uganda in 3 days which it did but what happen? why should it take 3 days to k'la, n more than 3week to kapchorwa. do u employ thieves. USA POSTAL SERVICES N ME ARE GONNA FOLLOWUP WITH THIS. DO YOU JOB, RIGHT N GOOD THINGS WILL FOLLOW. OR DO BAD N BAD THINGS ALSO FOLLOW U.

Wikimapia is an initiative to provide USEFUL information to those visiting the site...think of it as a tour guide NOT a complaints commission website.   • From the UK I had sent to a friend a Postal Order which was to be cashed at the Mubende Post Office where he was told that they did not know the transaction as how to process it ! Therefore he was not able to cash the order. Since then I have sent a small parcel as a gift to the same person which after weeks they say that they claim that they still have not received it. Can you believe that !

  • No wonder!! All those complaints. This is second time I lost a REGISTERED! letter.The worst thing is you do not update your tracking system and your employees ( at ENTEBBE office) are so boring and irresponsible. They do not even know how to handle a frustrated client, ( of course by your service). I know you will not bother yourselves to read this complaints. WHY SHOULD YOU!! But you know you are one less client.

  • I hope someone reads this and acts, today i went to pay in for my P.O Box, i normally pay for it at the beginning of the year but this year i delayed, after receiving messages that my box will be allocated to someone else i decided to go pay. the lady at the counter boldly told me i had not paid for 2 years, which i objected and promised to come back with my last year receipt. i am wondering do they not keep statements for clients or their update when you pay? someone answer me
