5-story Second Empire-style residential building completed around the 1850s. It is clad in brownstone, now painted white. The main entrance is on the right, down a few steps from the sidewalk, with a black glass-and-wood door. To the left is another door, this one to the commercial space, also down a couple steps, and at the east end is a small display-window.

The 2nd-4th floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings. The top floor has two arched dormers in a black slate mansard, with rounded pediments. The ground floor is occupied by Psychic Reader & Adviser.
