HQ Business Park Project, co-invested by Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Park and Shanghai Xinyue Construction Development Ltd, is located in the West Sci-Tech Park in Songjiang Industrial Park, with planning land of 1800 mu, building area of more than 600000m2 and total investment of 2.6 billion Yuan. The project started in April 2006 and is estimated to be completed in 2010. After its completion, there will be more than 500 HQ business parks and will become a HQ business park cluster integrated with demonstration, R&D, trade, and financial settlement.
