Ruby Tower Hall (Manila)

Ruby Tower was a residential building that collapsed during a strong earthquake in 1968 in which there were tremendous casualties. A plaque now marks this spot to commemorate the tragedy.

this is right yah the ruby tower has collapsed but this was the place of ruby tower if you want a proof thers a plaque saying that that wa the ruby tower place ok
