"Lannin House"

Residence designed c. 1928 by Olive Tjaden for Dorothy Lannin in the Tudor style after a prior home had burnt down. Lannin's father, Joseph J. Lannin, was the owner of the Garden City Hotel, Roosevelt Airfield, and the Boston Red Sox. He also developed the entire current Eisenhower Park as the Salisbury Golf Club in 1917.

It later served as home of the Nassau County Historical Museum.
