Location: Western Section, Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Located in Rizal Park just in front of the statue of tamaraw and carabao and the marker known as the "Kilometre Zero" as a the base point for measuring distances from the city to the rest of the country.
There are 4 markers located on each side of the monument.

I felt that the common people have waited long enough for their turn, for their day to come. That day is here. And it comes not a moment too soon on the Centennial of the birth of the Filipino Freedom.

This Memorial Clock is the capstone on a century of Philippine Masonry and on the Centennial of its highest achievements: the Philippine Revolution, the Philippine War of Independence and the first republic in Asia whose fighting standards carried the symbols of the Craft, the triangle, the sunburst and the golden eye - perfection, light and wisdom

This Centennial Clock is dedicated to the memory of our National Heroes who sacrificed their lives that future generations be free, many of whom were members of the oldest and most venerable fraternity in the worid - - - Freemasonry.
This project, coordinated by Masonic District No. 5, is a joint labor of:
- the Brethren of Mencius Lodge No. 93, who made the construction of this monument as their 75th Anniversary project.
- the Brethren of Dapitan Lodge No. 21, who solicited the clock
