USA / New Jersey / Hoboken / West 23rd Street, 524
 storage, 1932_construction

182-foot, 10-story storage building completed in 1932. Designed by L. Davidson as a garage, warehouse and showrooms building. It is clad in tan brick with a stone cornice running across the top of the ground floor and extending across the smaller 3-story portion on the west side of the building. The 2nd & 3rd floors have many, slighty-recessed narrow windows separated by brick piers. The 4th through 8th floors have more widely spaced fenestration. The top two floors echo the recessed windows and thin piers seen below. A very large angled sign is attached to the facade at the 6th-8th floors. The building is now a Manhattan Mini-Storage facility.
