Bugulma (Russian: Бугульма́; Tatar: Бөгелмә) is a town in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Population: 89,204 (2010 Census).
Founded in 1736, it is the center of petroleum mining in Tatarstan. Other economic activities include machinery production, ceramic works, processing of agricultural products, and construction.
