2-story commercial building completed sometime around 1900. It is clad in dark-grey brick with a limestone water table, and pre-cast stone bands between the two floors and along the top. The middle of the three bays has a 2-story show-window, and is narrower than the end bays. The south bay has the entrance at the ground floor, with glass double-doors, sidelights and transom, and the 2nd floor has a large show-window. The north bay has a similar show-window on the ground floor, with the only opening at the 2nd floor being a black metal service door fronted by a small, projecting, black iron fire escape landing. A white metal coping caps the roof line. The building is now occupied by American Eagle Outfitters.
