1,428-foot, 82-story modernist residential building completed in 2019 for JDS Development, Property Markets Group, and Spruce Capital Partners. Designed by SHoP Architects, it is sometimes referred to as the Steinway Tower, as it is situated directly next to and soaring above the former Steinway Hall of 1925. That building and the narrow empty lot next to it were acquired together in 2013 by JDS Development Group.

The supertall tower is clad in custom-cast terra-cotta, bronze, and glass, and has a strikingly slender profile. The old Steinway Building is integrated into the design, serving as an entry point for residents. The new tower is one of the thinnest skyscrapers in the world with a width-to-height ratio of about 1:23. The north side of the tower rises directly up to the pinnacle of the building. On the south side of the tower, a series of setbacks appear as the tower rises. As the height of the building increases, the setbacks eventually thin out, with the tower "disappearing into the sky".

On 57th Street there is a 6-story glass-and-bronze base, with the first setback occurring above. The south and north facades consist of reflective silver glass curtain walls with thin bronze mullions, while the east and west elevations have vertical, concave panels of white terra-cotta, alternating with thin stripes of glass that have a sinewy latticework pattern of curving bronze mullions.

The building contains only 60 condominium units. At the north side, there is a porte-cochere built into the base, and a recital hall is included in homage to Steinway Hall which is being retained for retail after being restored. The interior hardware fixtures were fabricated custom by P.E. Guerin & Co.
