Platinum Dolls Gentlemen's Club

USA / New Jersey / West New York / Seventh Avenue, 725
 strip club, commercial building

5-story mercantile building completed around 1900. Through most of the 20th century it had a restaurant at the ground floor, including the infamous Metropole Cafe – which started as a jazz club in the 1920s or ‘30s and continued as such until the 1960s when topless go-go girls were added to the entertainment fare. It is now occupied by Platinum Dolls Gentlemen's Club, previously Lace. The lower two floors have dark-tinted glass doors and windows, and the upper three are hidden behind a 4-story billboard.
