Located in the Australian Adventure section of the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, The Reef was reopened after a multi-million renovation in 2015.

The aquarium features a 20,000-gallon replica of the Great Barrier Reef, along with a 50,000 gallon shark aquarium, home to blacktip reef sharks and wobbegong sharks. Two 500-gallon tanks are home to jellyfish.
