USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Park Avenue, 410
 office building, commercial building

262-foot, 22-story International-style office building completed in 1959. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in a curtain wall of glass and white metal. The triple-height base of plate-glass contains a Chase Bank branch and a Ferrari store. The main entrance is at the south end on the avenue. It has stainless-steel-framed glass doors flanking a revolving door beneath a grey and navy-blue metal canopy. Above the canopy vertical stainless-steel bars extend to the top of the base. At the west end of the north facade on 55th Street is a set of stainless-steel service doors below metal louvers.

The upper floors have reflective glass panes separated into pairs by grooved silver-and-black mullions and each pair is divided by grey metal mullions. There are light-grey spandrel panels between floors. A series of setbacks begins at the ends of both facades above the 10th floor. Some of the terraces created are planted with trees.
