Tthe Trading Post, a centralized location for some of the top volunteer and service organizations that help the installation and the wider El Paso community.

Tenants include the Fort Bliss Thrift Shop and A Little Bit of Bliss Gift Shop, which are ongoing fundraising enterprises run by the Officer and Civilian Spouses' Association. Other tenants are the Junior Enlisted Family Center run by the Armed Services YMCA, the Noncommissioned Officers' Wives Club and the Enlisted Spouse Club.

This was the old PX. The new main post PX is at Freedom Crossings across the street.
