Pahlavanan cement factory was planned to be established by a Czechoslovakian company in 1976 with the capital of $ 50 million, but the project postponed when the internal wars began. Peshgaman Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran has won the bid Feb. 20, 2012 to establish the Pahlavanan cement factory with the initial capital of $ 150 million.
