USCGC Captsan (WYTL-65601) & USCGC Cleat (WYTL-65615) (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

These two members of the Capstan Class of 65ft Small Harbor Tugs are assigned to USCG Station Philadelpia where they serve as members of the US Coast Guard's 5th District, Sector Philadelphia. In addition to the traditional USCG missions of maritime law enforcement, environmental protection and search and rescue, the sisterships also provide icebreaking services to the waterways in which they operate.

Both cutters have areas of responsibility which include the Delaware River from Lewes Delaware north to Trenton, NJ, the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal to Chesapeake City and several inland river systems in the Chesapeake Bay.
