Until now our service connection to our water services is not been connected its been more than a week... if this will not be re open until today afternoon we will be the one who will cut the lock you put on our meter... we badly need water how can we use it if your service is so slow... it will be my last call at your hotline if it will not be reopen today we will be the one who will cut the pad lock...
  • Our meter was recently changed last 4/25. Our usual consumption is around 30-35 cu.m last april i consumed 31 cu.m and i paid 930.70 after it was changed my consumption for may's bill is just 36 and my bill is around 2106. . You guys are ripping us of for 5 cu.m extra from last month u charged for additional 1000. I badly need an explanation
