Beneficial House is a large office block fronting onto Suffolk Street Queensway and Paradise Street. It was constructed in the early 1960s and refurbished in the early 2000s. Additional refurbishment work commenced in 2010, however the building's owners fell into administration forcing the work to halt and leaving the building shrouded in scaffolding.

The Snobs nightclub is located in the basement of the building.

  • Still in scaffolding Nov 2013 - but it looks like some work is going on - though it could just be to make it safe as it looks like some masonry has come loose and fallen .
