The Manila Central Post Office is the central post office of the city of Manila, Philippines. It is the head office of the Philippine Postal Corporation, and houses the country's main mail sorting-distribution operations.

Designed by Juan M. Arellano, the post office building was built in neoclassical architecture in 1926. It was severely damaged in World War II, and rebuilt in 1946 preserving most of its original design.

It is located near the Intramuros district of the city, at the bank of the Pasig River. The building's main entrance faces the Liwasang Bonifacio.

On May 21, 2023, A massive fire hit the Manila Central Post Office in the country's capital late Sunday night and was declared under control more than seven hours after it erupted. The Manila Fire Station said the fire started past 11 p.m. Sunday. It was placed on the highest fire alarm level, which is general alarm, at 5:54 a.m. The fire was declared under control at 7:22 am, around eight hours after the blaze started. After more than 30 hours, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said fire out was declared at 6:33 a.m.
