While the corporate name is Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods), this Nabisco plant (the largest in the world, actually) at 7300 South Kedzie Avenue employs some 1,500 people and manufactures Ritz Crackers, Chips Ahoy, and other dry snacks are made here. In 2016, it ceased making Oreos, as that was moved to other plants and Mexico.
