  • I was in high school at Seoul American HS in 1961 - 63. When I first moved there we lived in a house high up on a hill looking south, which we called Itaewon. There was a very steep road going up, with two switchbacks so acute that a car had to do a K-turn to get around them. Near the base of the hill, at an intersection of two main roads, was a traffic circle with a statue of General John B. Coulter in the middle of it. Hookers were called "Mooses" and so that area was widely known as "Moose Corner." In reading up on it, the area has changed enormously, but some things apparently remain the same.
  • I used to walk up that hill in 1995 and again in 2000 Near by was a nice club with Russian girls and of course at the bottom of the hill are The most beautiful Korean women pure insanity to play with some of them pros but fun no less
