The 4th highest building in Cape Town with height of 117 meters. Combination office building and hotel. Built in 1970, the office portion was originally Trust Bank Centre, while the hotel portion was originally the Hotel Heerengracht. Later known as the ABSA Building, while the hotel portion was the Hotel on St Georges. Redeveloped as offices and apartments in 2019.
