  • SLHMC is one of the best Hospital in Laguna Area. They are also known for giving a good service at Calamba, Laguna which is the CMC "Calamba Medical Center.
  • Very memorable place. Goodluck slhmc.
  • Dear Pasyente: I welcome your comments and suggestions about the hospital. I would like to invite you to see for yourself the real layout of the hospital and its departments. I would like to correct any misconceptions you have about the hospital. All of the locations have focused on the patients' safety and comfort. Be rest assured, the design has been approved and patterned against the highest international standards, medical and non-medical. I and the whole hospital staff are always available to accompany you on a site tour. We all have worked hard to deliver our own unique brand of quality service to you. Just ask the reception. Thank you.
  • i haven't seen this hospital yet,i'm a marine biologist and i know nothing about designs but im pretty sure that the architects and engineers and the people who are involve in building this are not that stupid to jeopardize the safety of the patients as well as the workers who will be working in this institution.. it's not bad to make comments but i believe in constructive criticism.. before making any complaints, why not evaluate yourself first?are you an international awardee of desingns or any related fields about engineering?are your resumes that good enough to feel proud about yourself?if yes?then why not work in international engineering firms,i want to see your work in discovery channel..i'm sure your attitude would be very much qualified...however,if your not, then your a whimp..inadvertently you just showed the deepest, unreachable part of your brain the thing called -ignorance....a piece of advice reflect before you speak..
  • its a new hospital and shortcomings are to be expected...what they lack in facilities and equipment they make it up with great nurses...i had no visitors when i was confined for 3 days but the nurses(nurse kayi, mark, pepe etc)in their private room area made me feel at home..(or at least they tried). a bit pricey but convenient...
  • there is a basement parking for doctors and clients past the ambulance parking and ER. That's why pasyente said that there is no parking there bcoz parking there is not really known by all patients, even valued ones. I came in there and there is very few clients parked there.
  • I have been confine for a couple of days,I have not seen passionate nurses before, but in this hospital nurses here are great and very accomodating.. if you can observe in other hospital the nurse's station are full with nurses who are chatting and writting, but in slhmc you can see that their nurses are always in their patient giving services.. also I didnt remember his full name, (GILBEN GILBERT?), he assist us from our time of confinement, even when we are discharged to our car.
  • SLMCH best doctors so far, my wife been hospitalized (twice in ICU) 2013 and 2015. My wife survived because of the good doctors in SLMCH
  • Ride a jeepney going to tagaytay. Once you reach paseo sta rosa you can walk from there to tmc-sl
  • Lack of manpower. Poor quality of service especially in 6th floor. Poor management on their staff nurses, rude head nurse.
  • difficult to contact, recorded voice said "hold on the line, operator will tend to you shortly". after waiting for 5 mins, "you did not dial any number, goodbye"
  • well I'm a foreigner and was sick i guess due to climate change after leaving Philippines for holiday then back. the nurses aren't bad. i liked the service of the radiologists there. although the hospital is a bit 'pricy' when i campare it to others with same service I visited about the same time. but generally the facility is really clean.
  • i agree with one of the comments made by a frustrated customer...it's really hard to contact all their telephone numbers listed above..what you can hear is "hold on the line, operator will attend to you shortly"..after waiting for more than 5 minutes, what you will hear is "you did not dial any number, goodbye"..what if the patient is on emergency and need to contact the hospital very urgent?
  • Same with me ....Telephone line is so bad....
  • So annoying, im waiting for someone to accept the call, but the recorded voice telling to wait, after i dialled again, it was nothing and the line is busy. So hard to contact this hospital.,
  • Very difficult to contact. I think they do it on purpose to discourage clients from calling them. Their phone is either always busy or nobody answers the phone.
  • Please kindly improve telephone lines, either busy or nobody answers the phone. What is the call is urgent? It's quite annoying.
  • 1. Doctor missed to inform me abount my xray result at ER 2. They missed to give Prescr iption for medicine upon my discharge 3. Telephone lines are available but no one pick up to answer. I had my partly nice experienced at TMC South Luzon yesterday sunday specifically at ER apr 15 2018 between 11.30AM unti 2PM. Xray and blood test has been made and waited almost 2 hrs for the result. Before 2PM results came out and doctor explain to me the result for laboratory blood test result and the take home medecines. To cut story short, i was received the discharge instruction, laboratory result copy and the guard pass, but i didnt noticed that the prescr iption was not included. I go back to ER to ask for the result of my xray because it was not explained to me and the doctor did it explain well. I leave the hospital bringing 2 documents, Copy of Lab result, and discharge order/instruction. It only came to my knowledge that no prescr iption was included the time when i am buying a medecine around 4PM. Because i knew that i need to buy 3 medecines Neproxine, vit B and maintenance to low uric acid. Nevertheless since 4PM i am trying to call ER hotline and other numbers of the hospital and no one answering the call. I tried to buy neproxine and vit B over the counter and i got it. Then again i keep trying to call until this morning around 11AM someone pick up the call and transfer me to ER loc 1012 as also instructed by operator via voice patch. I Asked NOD to send a copy of the prescr iption because one gave me the name of the medicine for a maintenace for uric acid and also thinking that i cannot buy it over the counter. But thanks to the NOD she send it rightaway. But on the other part of the story the NOD are very polite and professionals through work ethics and has always a nice smile. It just so happen ample thing like this exist. -JMan
  • Doctor's schedule is 3pm and she cant even informed the patient that she will be late for 1 1/2 hr. She started chating over the phone with the secretary whose voice is like a vendor in marker, goodness!! unprofessional I can tell. No wonder people would rather go in a clinic than this hospital/
