Colegio San Agustin-Biñan is located at the heart of Southwoods Interchange, South Luzon Expressway, Barangay San Francisco, 4024 in the Philippines. It is a Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) Level 2 School.

Colegio San Agustin-Biñan is a Catholic school owned and managed by the Augustinian Friars in Biñan, Laguna in the Philippines. When it was founded in 1985, Colegio San Agustin-Biñan began as a preparatory school for boys and girls attending kinder prep through third grade. Incorporated on November 16, 1984, it sits on a five-hectare land donated by a private land developer to the Augustinian Province of Santo Niño of Cebu. The first faculty and staff consisted of twenty personnel and three priest administrators catering to the needs of 646 students. The founding administrators included Rev. Rodolfo P. Sicio, OSA as Rector, Rev. Alfredo Jubac, OSA (Treasurer) and Rev. Marcelino Malana, OSA (Guidance Counselor and Sports Coordinator). Ms. Doris S. Calog served as Assistant Principal and Registrar. Among the employees who started the school and still working there at present are Ms. Nelia Villodres (Prep Teacher), Mr. Bernard G. Miranda (Liaison Officer), Ms. Adelfa Tamayo-Lira (Cafeteria In-Charge) and Manuel Bascon (Carpenter).
