  My dad's family comes from there. Most families were repatriated to Bielsko-Biala in Poland. There is a book about this village but unfortunately only in Polish: http://wicyn.skg.pl/wicyn/

  Dear Ola, My father, Andrzej Kaminski, was also born in Wicyn 01/04/1924. My family repatriated to a village called Radzikow, near Rzepin on the western border. My father ended up in Germany towards the end of the war and ended up in Australia in 1949. He settled in Adelaide, married Antonina Pupkiewicz from near Wilno. His friend Jan Kowalski, also from Wicyn, settled in Melbourne. I now live in Melbourne. I have the book to which you refer. My cousin recently attended a reunion in Bielsko Biala. Teresa.
