The tallest skyscraper in the Philippines during 1996. It is currently the 34th tallest building in the Philippines. It remains the tallest steel-framed building in the country. It has a height of 200 meters, soaring at 41 stories high plus an 8-level radio tower. The building is the home of the Rufino family corporations, including major financial corporations.
