Rosa Laguna has bike-friendly features that include a Bike & Dine facility and a dedicated Bike Repair Station to cater to the needs of the growing cycling community of Nuvali—Ayala Land’s largest eco-estate and one of the country’s premier biking destinations. The branch also includes a McCafe, perfect for cafe lovers, as well as the use of green building and utility-efficient solutions like solar rooftops and lampposts, grid-tied solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, a rainwater harvesting tank, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) Aircon System, among others, that help in the reduction of emissions.
