Fashion Fair - Outdoor Plaza (Fresno, California) | store / shop, shopping mall

USA / California / Fresno / Fresno, California
 store / shop, shopping mall

A "lifestyle" expansion added to Fashion Fair in 2005. It's seen a ton of tenant turnover since it opened, with pretty significant vacancy right now. Sephora, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and Lucky Brand Jeans are the only original tenants left from the original roster. The original tenant lineup was decent enough:

Z Gallerie - closed due to bankruptcy, now Charming Charlie.
Anthropologie - moved to Fig Garden Village.
Marche - a spinoff of a local footwear company that closed and is still vacant.
Sephora - still open.
bebe - closed due to bankruptcy, space still vacant.
bebe sport - closed when the brand was killed off, space merged with adjacent vacant space to become Shoe Palace.

Urban Outfitters - closed, now Ulta Beauty.
Metropark - closed due to bankruptcy, still vacant.
Lucky Brand Jeans - still open.
BCBGMaxAzria - closed, was replaced by Michael Kors.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory - still open.
Aldo - relocated into a larger space within the mall, is now QUAY.
Brookstone - closed, became The Limited which in turn closed due to bankruptcy and is now Morphe.
Aveda - closed, space merged with One Thousand Steps to become Guess, which in turn closed and is still vacant.
One Thousand Steps - a failed PacSun spinoff for footwear, space merged with an adjacent space to become Guess which in turn closed and is still vacant.
Naartjie - closed, became a frozen yogurt shop which in turn closed and became Lush.
