Use address instead of title bug

Sometimes, when you create a tag using the option "address instead of title", the place tag is created as bugous one, with no name showing in the tooltips, when you leave the mouse over the place tag. Sometimes, any change one can try can solve the problem. so, even if after creating the tag, one disable this function, write anything in the title or in the address, the problem is not solved. It seems the tag can't be corrected.

When opening, the tag has a proper title and address. But nothing is shown in the tooltip after you leave tha tag and rest your mouse over the rectangle. This tag was created by user eamaral, in the portuguse language interface, using Mozilla Firefox (no information about the version).
