To get this started I've followed the current menu structure exactly. This approach has the advantage of ensuring that all the primary topics are covered. However it has disadvantages too. If you all are not happy with it feel free to change it but please ensure that each topic is included somewhere and linked in before removing/renaming it in the navbox. [edit] Why "Help" not "User Guide"?

Because one of its primary purposes is to group together the links that are reached from within the "Edit map" functions such as Add place, Road edit, etc. Feel free to debate this. Arb 22:48, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
