A9
The A9 is a major road running from Polmont (M9), in the Falkirk council area in central Scotland to Scrabster (Ferry Terminal) in the far north, via Stirling, Bridge of Allan, Perth and Inverness. At 279 miles (449 km), it is the longest road in Scotland and the fifth-longest A-road in the United Kingdom.
