As for the "clinic", you also have the ability to change that item to it's actual name....

The "place" you wanted deleted has been set to delete from Wikimapia. It will take a couple of hours before the "tag" actually deletes from the WM database.
Also note - the Google database will NOT change just because of the WM change. It may be a long time before Google updates their database. There is NOTHING that WM can do about this. You may want to email Google directly and ask them to delete/change their database.

Now, what is it that you don't like about this tag?
I think that since for one thing the place obviously exists that deleting it is not appropriate. For another, it would only be a matter of time until someone adds it again.
A better solution to your "problem" may be to modify/add to its description in some way that makes your wishes more clear to those who read the info.
What do you think would be a good thing to write? |
