until when I can be able to edit roads?I hope I'll be allowed as soon as possible because I wanted so much to edit our place because there's a lot of places that need to be fixed.. thank you and more power..

Your 'experience' points is not high enough. Make some places with accurate polygons, and you will be able to make roads when you have enough 'experience'.
