| Speaking of search, how about some fuzzy logic, so when you type it wrong it comes up with close matches or says "Did you really mean .....?" |

Ren,
All wrong searches in future will be answered with "Did you really mean Hotel Booking?" ;-)

For roads: Along with the existing choices for lanes and elevations, add options for Northbound/Southbound/eastbound/Westbound.
This way, for divided highways the highway can be named a single name for both directions, but the direction can be part of the options.
(Many folks currently name divided highways something like "Highway 123 Eastbound" and "Highway 123 Westbound"). I think it would work better to just name it "Highway 123" and have the N/S/E/W in the options by where you choose the arrow indicators. |

Multiple names for roads
Often, roads have more than one name, such as when two highways join up for a short stretch before separating again.
When choosing the name for a road, it would be useful to be able to select multiple nearby roads that would be merged into a single name.
i.e. instead of having to manually name something "Hwy 123 / Hwy 789" for a 5-mile stretch, being able to select the nearby "Hwy 123"and "Hwy 789" and have WM merge those together. I think this would really help with any upcoming auto-routing features.

| A part of Bangladesh, which is adjacent to Agartala of Tripura(India) was photographed on a wrong date/time. It is very dark, you can hardly see anything and cloudy too. Pl correct that part in your next satellite update. Thank you. |

My main problem is with roads/streets. They really clutter up a city map when you are looking for places. Reverting to Wikimapia Classic is not the best solution.
There was apparently a feature in the classic version that has disappeared. It can be found at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="wikimapia.org/wiki/Wikimapia_Menu_Bar#Bottom_half_-_sel...">wikimapia.org/wiki/Wikimapia_Men ... t_tag_view<!-- m -->
What I would like is the ability to select/deselect individual categories and/or features. That is, the list of categories should be expanded to include roads/streets, railroads, rivers, etc. And it should also include a Select All box and a Deselect All box.
As it now stands, if you select a category such as Villages, you see, and can expand on villages. However, even though you can see the outlines of other features, you can't click on them. AND, there is no way to turn off the Villages category. |

I wish that Dubai map would get updated this year... Because there are so many things got changed for the past year, and the city changes very fast. There are lots of bridges gone, and a lot more has been added, as well as many roads and buildings. |

| Wikimapia has no control over that. Google provides the imagery. If you would like to complain, complain directly to Google. |
