Moderação de Banimento

A Moderação de banimento é um procedimento corretivo que deve ser seguido de perto por usuários avançados, a fim de garantir que é oferecido ao infrator todos os recursos para a reabilitação antes do seu banimento.

A Moderação de banimento é composta por quatro ações: Orientação, Aviso, Banimento temporário e Banimento permanente. Para entender melhor as funções de cada ação, elas foram divididas em duas etapas. As três primeiras ações são agrupadas no estágio Educação. As ações de banimento, temporário ou permanente são agrupadas no estágio Expulsão.

Educação

O estágio de educação é um processo de reparação que visa prestar assistência corretiva para um infrator. A alguns requisitos essenciais para a fase de Educação ser bem sucedido, você deve ser simpático, paciente e acessível. Essas qualidades devem beneficiar grandemente a sua habilidades de comunicação e de mediação.

• Infringers should be given the benefit of the doubt depending on the level of their cooperation.
• An infringer who exercises actions of good faith or has exhibited potential to benefit Wikimapia should be given ample time to reform.
• You are more likely to see positive results with a communicative infringer than one who doesn't respond to messages.
• Try to determine the circumstances of a case and ascertain whether an infringer is purposefully ignoring your messages.
• An infringer who doesn't respond to messages shouldn't be deemed uncooperative if he/she hasn't had the opportunity to open their messages.

Each case should be treated using common sense and sound judgement.

Aside from extremely rare exceptions, you are required to adhere to the conditions listed under section 1 & 2 of the Banning Guidelines when communicating and handling an infringer regardless of his/her culpability.

Orientação

The Guidance action should always be perceived as the only one required in the Education stage to enlighten new, inexperienced and settled users. It is customary as well as necessary to communicate with an infringer by sending them a polite notice. A polite notice is a personal message which establishes initial contact with an infringer. A polite notice should:

1. make them acknowledge the error(s) they are committing, be it on the map or with another user
2. show or prove to them why the error is incorrect by citing rules which have been violated
3. provide a solution(s) for them to correct the error
4. advise them to avoid making the same mistake again
5. encourage them to ask questions about things they do not understand
6. notify them that persistent infringements may incur a warning or even a ban

If an infringer commits further infringements after Guidance, or if an initial infringement is considered a major violation, you may progress to the Warning action.

Aviso

An infringer who repeats or commits further violations during or after the Guidance action is to be regarded as a repeat infringer. The repetition of errors or offences warrants the issue of a Warning action because the Guidance action by itself has proven inadequate. Additionally, major violations committed by first-time infringers shall also warrant a direct Warning action. Examples of behaviour that can result in a Warning action are:

• persistence in committing similar errors
• cancelling or reverting correct edits
• misconduct
• abusive behaviour

Repeat infringers who commit further infringements should be sent a warning message indicating that their repeat actions have been detected. You should repeat the mediation techniques of the Guidance action with a more persuasive approach. You should also emphasize that failure to comply with the conditions set henceforth shall not be tolerated and may ensue in a temporary or permanent ban.

Warning actions are quite delicate matters and should be conducted with extra care. This action is critical in the Education stage because the case can easily erupt into volatile situations if handled incorrectly. Remember, calm & patient communication is key.

If a repeat infringer commits further infringements after a warning, or if an initial infringement is considered a major violation, you may progress to the Temporary ban action.

Banimento Temporário

O banimento temporário é uma restrição de conta com prazos variáveis. Pode ser imposto o banimento temporário a uma conta de infrator se ele prosseguir violando as regras após orientação e advertências.

Conforme explicado na seção 3 das Diretrizes de Banimento, você pode optar por restringir certas funções a que o infrator tem acesso, por diferentes períodos, no caso de banimento temporário. Os tipos de banimento e comprimentos proibição são mostrados na tabela abaixo.

Por favor, note que se você selecionar "Editar mapa 'ou' PMs e mensagens no fórum" dos tipos de banimento, você não pode definir uma proibição por 1 mês. O banimento ao longo de 1 mês pode ser selecionada somente se você escolher o banimento completo.

Expulsão

A definição de expulsão é de rejeitar, proibir ou obrigar a sair. A fase de expulsão é necessário quando o infrator não aceita a orientação, aviso e a proibição temporária das fases do estágio de Educação.

Banimento Permanente

O processo de expulsão ou bloqueio de um usuário é feito através da implementação de uma proibição permanente. Além de raríssimas exceções, uma proibição permanente deve ser aplicada somente após o fracasso da fase de Educação. É importante notar que você não pode diretamente impor uma proibição permanente em um infrator pela primeira vez.

Ao contrário de uma proibição temporária, você não tem flexibilidade em restringir determinadas funções que um infrator tem acesso a diferentes períodos de tempo. Uma proibição permanente significa que todas as funções são restrita (veja tabela a tabela acima: Tipos de banimentos e Tempo de banimento).

Requisitos Obrigatórios

1. Os Usuários Avançados são necessários para testemunhar e investigar casos que exigem decisões importantes, antes que uma proibição seja imposta.
2. Os Usuários Avançados são obrigados a preencher todos para banimento de acordo com as diretrizes.

Exceções ao procedimento acima pode ser feito para spammers, contas clones não autorizadas e usuários com histórico ruim reconhecido.
