Forum Guidelines

1. Posts in the forum must never:

a) contain bad language.
b) be insulting to people.
c) contain hurtful, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, or racist language.
d) be threatening in tone or words.
e) invade privacy or break a privacy trust.
f) be purposely wrong, misleading, or imprecise.

2. Try to stay on topic. You may need to create a new thread for your subject. Off-topic posts may be deleted by moderators.

3. Overuse CAPITALS, coloring, larger type settings, punctuation marks and smilies, etc. is discouraged.

4. Lack of respect, complete disregard for others, or useless arguments (flame wars, trolling) are strictly forbidden. For all users, respect has to be shown.

5. A topic may not be opened in more than one forum, cross posting is prohibited.

6. If you don’t have anything to say, then just don’t post.

7. Spam, commercial links or other related commercial postings are not allowed.

8. Posts in other than English language are only permitted in the "language specific" forums.

9. The topic subject must be clear, and concise. It must accurately describe the content of the topic itself.

Failure to follow these rules may lead to post/thread deletion by moderators and may incur penalties varying from a warning to being banned from Wikimapia.
