If the building exist and it still stands then you should not, it is highly encourage able of you to edit the tag’s information instead,  you could do this by updating both the title and description of the tag.

If the building still exists, and it hasn't been demolished, it should not be deleted. We recommend you update the place object's article by describing its present function. It is essential you update its title, description, address and category to reflect the change.
