This is a proposal to clarify the use of logos/symbols as acceptable images and treat them with the same exception as celebrity photos (please ignore the cite error at the bottom):

For legal reasons, you cannot use copyrighted images or photos taken by someone else, unless you have explicit permission to do so. |
