Whether it is possible in a line of the name of object after an English name add a name in local language?
No. For titles in other languages, there are special language tab. If a local language is not appropriate language tab, a name can be written in description of an object.
Can I remove the object created in district where I live, if the name/title is written in language unfamiliar me?
No. Name/title in unfamiliar language — not reason for object removal.
