This prominent bridge, no longer used, carries the CPR spur line over the DVP/Bloor interchange and down the side of the Don Valley Parkway. This spur was formerly used to service the Lever Brothers plant at the foot of the Don, although by the 1980s this was reduced to a single weekly trip by a shunter. The Lever Brothers plant closed for good in 2009 and this spur is abandoned, although it had been some time since the last shunter used it.
