  • Awesome car wash, does a wonderful job...TERRIBLE employees (unfriendly AND RUDE)!!! Customer service is AWFUL...they need to learn how to treat their customers....will use car wash but will NEVER buy gas or anything else that causes me to go inside and look at the sour faces behind the counters!!! YUCK!
  • THE YOUNG GIRLS THAT WORK AT THE COUNTER INSIDE HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I GO IN FEELING GOOD AND COME OUT WITH A BAD ATTITUDE BECAUSE OF THEM. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • The girls that work at the gas station are wonderful. Great customer service. I go there on a regular basis and they are nothing but nice to me. To Susan and John, i'm guessing that you were rude to them and they shouldn't have to go out of their way to please you.
  • I LOVE GOING TO THIS GAS STATION. EVERYONE IS SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS SMILING AND HELPFUL.
  • The girls are great. I had my battery die in the parking lot once and the little girl saved me. I thought I was going to have to call my brother to drive a half hour to boost my battery. Thanks again for your great service
  • every time you go there, the pump is out of paper and you have to go in to get a receipt. The girls are rude and disrespectful to people as well. Customer service has gone down hill in the last few years.
  • The pumps never take your credit cards which suck. I have been told that debit does not work at the pumps for nearly a year now. However if you take time to talk to the cashiers they are pretty cool and down to earth!
  • I have been here quite a few times and customer service is terrible everytime. The workers are extremely rude. I will spend my money elsewhere.
  • I recommend staying away from Poor Richards, specifically DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. The end of May I took my car to be washed and the arm of the 'touchless' system scratched the side of my car and shut down when it hit my mirror. The owner of Poor Richards says that it is impossible since it is a 'touchless' system. Well, I have pictures and the attendant on duty came and saw the damage. The owner refused to give me the name of his insurance. He is not cooperating with my insurance company either. I used this place for years and am disappointed in the unethical approach he is using.
