Kengarags (Riga )

Kengarags (Kengar) - part of Riga in Latgales Priekspilseta. One of the biggest suburbs (residential area) with the majority of russian-speaking population. Included in the city of Riga in 1924. Formerly known as Dorf Kengeragge.
