Francisco I. Madero Park

Its first name was "La Alameda", in 1900 it was changed to "Parque Ramón Corral", and after the victory of the Revolution in 1911 it was given the name "Parque Francisco I. Madero".

Old mall that continues to be a public park and heart of the city. In it we find an imposing statue of Jesus Garcia, the "Hero of Humanity", who offered his life to save five thousand inhabitants of Nacozari by pulling a train loaded with dynamite out of town before it finally exploded.
