Built in 1989 by Steve Wynn, for use by guests at his Mirage hotel. Wynn gave renowned course designer Tom Fazio a plot of scrub land in what was then far north Las Vegas, and a blank check. Wynn also had two homes built on the property, one for himself and one for his daughter. MGM Grand took ownership as part of its takeover of Wynn's property, and Wynn no longer lives here. Guests at MGM Resorts properties can play the course for a $500 greens fee (includes limo to and from the course).
